January and February Crime Reports

INCIDENT SUMMARY REPORT
Jan­u­ary 1 — Feb­ru­ary 28, 2014
Jan 18th: In Ross Hall; Tyler C. Ley­den was cited for Pos­ses­sion of Mar­i­juana car­ry­ing a pos­si­ble fine amount of  $389.50, Pos­ses­sion of Drug Para­pher­na­lia with a pos­si­ble fine amount of $326.50, and Smok­ing in  Building/Residence Hall with a pos­si­ble fine amount of $$200.50.

Jan 19th: In Ross Hall; a report of Under­age Drink­ing was received and inves­ti­gated. No charges were filed.

Jan 22nd: A stu­dent reported her bank debit card had been used at the stu­dent union ATM with­out her authorization.

She wasn’t aware she was miss­ing her card which had appar­ently been lost or stolen.

Jan 30th: An out-of-state res­i­dent reported that a week ear­lier a num­ber of items were stolen out of his vehi­cle while it was parked in the Wess­man Arena park­ing lot dur­ing a high school hockey game.

Jan 31st: In Curran/McNeill Halls; John T. Burns and Mitchell R. Meinen were both cited for Under­age Drinking-first
offense, and are sub­ject to a pos­si­ble fine amount of $263.50.

Feb 2nd: In Hawkes Hall; Adam N. Donarski, Logan B. Lopez, and Jake D. Per­rine were all cited for Under­age Drink­ing – first offense, and are all sub­ject to a pos­si­ble fine amount of $263.50.

Feb 4th: In Curran/McNeill Halls; offi­cers responded to a report of a pos­si­ble assault between boyfriend and girl­friend. No charges were filed.

Feb 7th: A stu­dent reported his iPod and head­phones had been stolen from his locker in the Mar­covich Well­ness  Cen­ter. The stu­dent reported later on that his iPod and head­phones had been turned in to the front desk. The case sta­tus was changed to Unfounded.

Feb 16th: In Ross Hall, Ellen D. Leighton was cited for Under­age Drink­ing – sec­ond offense, and is sub­ject to a pos­si­ble fine amount of $389.50.
