INCIDENT SUMMARY REPORT

March 1 — 31, 2013

Mar 5:
–The pos­si­ble theft of pre­scrip­tion med­ica­tion was reported by a Curran/McNeill Hall res­i­dent and the
case remains under inves­ti­ga­tion.
–A fire alarm was pulled in Ostran­der Hall and sev­eral stu­dents failed to evac­u­ate. This report was referred
to Res­i­dence Life for fol­low up.

Mar 7:
–Cus­to­dial Staff reported unique vandalism/graffiti in the 3rd floor restroom in Crown­hart Hall.
–Stu­dent reported van­dal­ism to his parked vehi­cle in lot #2 while he was in class.

Mar 14:
–Sarah L. Pet­znick was cited for sec­ond offense Under­age Drink­ing and Gianna M. Zappa was cited for first
offense Under­age Drink­ing in Curran/McNeill Halls. Pet­znick is sub­ject to a pos­si­ble fine amount of $389.50 while Zappa faces a pos­si­ble fine amount of $263.50.

Mar 27:
–Two reports of alleged 3rd degree sex­ual assault on cam­pus were reported to the Supe­rior Police
Depart­ment. The cases, which report­edly occurred ear­lier in the month, remain under inves­ti­ga­tion.
–A Staff Mem­ber reported the appar­ent theft of a flag art print from the Cir­cle of Native Nations room in
Swen­son Hall some­time between 03/26 and 03/27/13.

Mar. 28:
–Cam­pus Safety inves­ti­gated a report of a pos­si­ble miss­ing stu­dent who was later deter­mined to be
miss­ing vol­un­tar­ily.
–A stu­dent reported that his vehi­cle that was parked in Lot #11 between 4:00pm and 9:00pm was hit on its
front bumper by a hit & run driver.
