INCIDENT SUMMARY REPORT
December 1 – 31, 2012

Dec 1: In Curran-McNeill Hall, Leon L. Hunter was cited for Underage Drinking – first offense, and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50. He was also cited for Disorderly Conduct and is subject to a possible fine amount of $295.00.

In Curran-McNeill Hall, Kristen M. Pollema was cited for Underage Drinking – first offense, and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50.

At Ostrander Hall, a Campus Safety Officer responded to a call about damage to property. This was a broken window and a damaged window screen caused by the throwing of snowballs. This incident was handled internally.

Dec 7: A student stopped in to report that another student has been sending her inappropriate text messages, facebook emails, and a gift. The reporting student does not wish any charges to be filed at this time.

Dec 8: In Ross Hall, Jordan D. Holman was cited for Underage Drinking-first offense, and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50.

In a separate unrelated incident at Ross Hall, Daniel P. Baker was cited for Underage Drinking – first offense and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50.

Dec 9: In Curran-McNeill Hall, Brendan K. Kunz was cited for Possession of Marijuana, and is subject to a possible fine
amount of $389.50. He was also cited for Underage Drinking – first offense, and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50.

Dec 21: Peter M. Thompson was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle Off Roadway on University Lands and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50.

Dec 24: A student reported that her Passport had apparently been stolen.
