Cultural night volunteers needed

It’s that time of year again! UW-Superior’s 16th Annual Cultural Night is right around the corner. Saturday, November 10 is the day that is preserved this year for Cultural Night that comes around every year here at UW-Superior. In order for Cultural Night to be the best that it can be this year WSA (World Student Association) needs all the help it can get.

Auditions for Cultural Night are being held on the 25th and 26th of October and the applications can be found at the Yellow Jacket Union front desk or from a WSA member if you contact their email: Applications for auditions to Cultural Night need to be filled out and submitted to WSA via email by October 23rd at 12:00p.m. A hard copy of the application should be brought with the student to the Experimental Theatre in Holden on the 25th or 26th of October where the auditions are being held. The auditions on October 25 will be from 4:00 to 9:00p.m. and the auditions on the 26th will be from 4:00 to 7:00p.m.

Not only are their auditions that are taking place for Cultural Night’s big show, but WSA also needs help with the Flag Ceremony and Fashion Show. WSA needs volunteers to help represent their countries by sending in their name and country that they want to represent via email by Oct. 26th at 12:00p.m. This applies for both the Flag Show and Fashion Ceremony. Individuals may apply for either the Flag Show, Fashion Ceremony, or even both! So hurry up and help WSA give the best performance ever by volunteering!
